By applying the counterbalance theory, weight is distributed throughout the grip end, frame top and the joint for maximum control. The transition to the next shot can be performed smoothly with a rapid succession. The square-shaped ISOMETRIC frame shape is designed to keep vertical strings at a similar length, as well as the horizontal strings to produce an expanded sweet spot in all directions. The single-pass grommet hole construction provides more grommet holes for a more high-performance stringing pattern. Combines solid hitting feel and quick swing. The control support cap provides an 88% wider flat surface compared with an ordinary racquet for easier gripping, fast follow-through and the sharpest maneuverability.

Good Racket

It is good racket. Extremely light weight. Slightly head heavy balance. Good for an all round play. The light weight helps in a swifter play. The head heavy balance helps to produce powerful smashes. Takes a few practice sessions to get adjusted with the racket.

Good for smash

The racket is very good for smash and drop shot. Very easy to control the cork.. it's really light weight.. I wrote this review after 2 weeks of use.. I'm using this racket daily.. didn't feel any pain.. very helpful for daily usage.

Perfect for beginner

Let me start off by saying that I'm a beginner so I probably don't know much. I had a Yonex GR 303 before this, which now feels like a fly swatter when you compare it to this. I have spent some time playing with a Yonex Nanoray 9i and a Li-Ning G-Tek 90. This racket hands down is the lightest feeling racket I have ever played with. It's just insane how light this racket feels. There is almost no weight to it, but you can still feel it's head heavy. The shaft is more flexible so handling is a little less sharp. Swing speed is simply amazing, you can get a pretty decent smash with it. Nanoray 9i can hit with a lot of power due to a higher weight and string tension but this just simply overpowers everything because you can swing it so ridiculously fast. It is rated at up to 28lbs of max tension, I have mine at 24lbs just to be safe. The paint job is also quite nice and so is the grip, soft and sticky but not overly so. Grip size is 4U and it's made in china. If you want to be aggressive on the court, this is it.

EXPERT OPINION

"As the name suggests it is a racket for attacking players. The racket has a heavy head that allows you to put more power behind the shuttle. The ISOMETRIC shape gives you a bigger sweet spot that expands in all directions especially horizontally. But the best part about the racket was the amount of time it gives you on the shuttle. You will get more time on the shuttle because the racket allows you to recover very quickly. Since Yonex has gone all-in with the attacking game, control is one thing that has been compromised. So if you're the kind of player who wants more control from your racket, then this might not be the best option."
