Please Note: “Due to the current Covid19 pandemic, only returns & exchanges against manufacturing defects will be accepted.”
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 2 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
If you notice the defect after receiving the product, then please contact us within 24 hours from receiving the product and email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID and details of the product and defect.
Once we assess and confirm your complaint, we will arrange for a return pick-up and arrange to send you a fresh piece.
A refund may also be permitted if the product does not match your requirement, provided we are notified (with details sent via email) within 1 week from delivery. Such returns will be accepted only as long as the product has not been used and is in good condition and only if you arrange to send the product back to us to our Chennai address.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of your feedback. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
