You need to maintain the same body schedule and follow the same daily patterns that you used to before the lockdown. If you were one of those people who were secretly happy, that the gyms are closed. Then we are sorry. Following your fitness regime is the best thing that you should do, to remain active. Find Fun Ways to Spend Time with Your Family

If we are all being completely honest, then our family time was the worst hit during a usual workday. Now that you have a different kind of a workday, why not pay some attention to the most loved ones. Here is a list of games that you should play:

  • Carrom 
  • Dining Table TT 

Might we also suggest video conference calls, only this time not with your work colleagues? It’s time to video conference with your friends, your relatives and schedule online games with them. When you have the technology why not use it? It is more fun then you could imagine. 

Develop a Productive Habit or Acquire a New Skill 

Finally, you have the time to learn that new language you always wanted to, or to finish that book that you carried everywhere with you. Indeed, it is time to clear all those backlogs. A general backlog list looks somewhat like this:

  • Watch the Classics with your family 
  • Pick up Yoga or Meditation as a habit

  • Follow a proper sleep cycle. Sleep for at least 7-8 hours.
  • Eat right. Don’t indulge too much in fatty food

This is something that we should follow every day. This period can act as the perfect launchpad for us to inculcate these habits. Let’s focus on achieving these results here, rather than the approach. So make sure you take care of your body.

 

 Have a Dedicated Work and Study area 

Yes, we have saved the most important for the last. If you were thinking, that you would be able to work or study from your bed then we have some news for you. 

Productivity will always elude you unless you define a proper workspace even at home. You need to get in the zone of work, to work. And that is precisely the reason why you also go to the office. Since your home is now the office, why not make it feel like one, temporarily at least.
