Mark is a Long Distance Runner, who is currently preparing for his first full marathon. His fitness journey began in the year 2015 with Strenght Training. Running became his forte in the year 2017 only. He is fascinated by the mental side of running as a sport, and that is something he focuses on. He is badminton and a Formula 1 fan too. He asks every youngster to focus on little steps and to especially focus on strength training.
